Medium Grass Mix Sandy Soil: A mixture of native warm season grasses that range in height from 4”-36” and have an array of interesting seed heads produced mid through late summer. In fall and winter, dormant vegetation will range in color from tawny tan to rusty red. This mix is very good habitat for songbirds and other wildlife. The grass species that are included are all tolerant to extremes of heat, cold and drought. Very similar to the Medium Grass Mix Hardland Soil, with the addition of Sand Dropseed. Sand Dropseed is well adapted to sandier soils and provides soil stabilization. Planting Rate: 4.5 pls pounds per acre.
